Technology company which offers human-centered platforms that enable businesses and industries to create their own Augmented Reality solutions. In this project I created 75+ flows for various features that included: Onboarding, Messaging, Tracking, 3D/VR views, Annotations, Video calls
01: Defining the design cope
Discussions with stakeholders helped to understand the project's purposes and translate their vision into the plan:
We calculated the design scope for each stage: UX research, Expert interviews, creating architecture, design system, high-fidelity prototypes, and testing
04: Design system creation
Developed and maintained a robust design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products. Created comprehensive documentation covering components, patterns, and best practices to support designers and developers in seamless implementation.
02: Expert interviews & Discovery workshops
Expert interviews to understand the core problem and understand the needs of the various users across various industries. Value Proposition Canvas workshop to understand the value of the product and which problems it solves.
05: Designing web & mobile platforms
Creating adaptive design screens, finalising use cases for all the features separately, adding all the interface states, and preparing clickable prototypes for testing.
03: Product architecture & wireframes
Creation of navigation structures for various platforms using card sorting with various stakeholders. Creation of user flows & wireframes for features and making sure it matches to the product vision and user needs.
06: Testing & Iterations
Qualitative user testings were conducted to observe user interactions with the mobile & web platforms. Valuable insights regarding UX and UI were gathered. Iterations and final design changes were made based on the user feedback.

Design Process
The Design innovation model used focuses on creating products that meet user needs and also placing the product above other competitors. Starting with defining the problem, research to understand behaviours and pain points, to inform the design. The stages included 7 steps. Sense Intent, Know Context, Know People, Frame Insights, Explore Concepts, Frame Solutions & Realize Offerings. This iterative approach based on research & testing ensured the final product is intuitive, efficient, and effective.

Design Workshops
Workshops were defined based onthe design thinking method which was as follows. Identify Vision, Identify User Needs, Cluster User Needs, Idea Generation. With the four prioritized user needs the participants sketched out various versions of user flows that provided immense insight into how the ideal user flow of the application could possibly be achieved which would provide a seamless user experience whilst bringing the two products together.

Prototypes & Testing
The user-flow were used as the foundation for the prototypes. A first draft of a mobile versionwas created which was scrutinized by various stakeholders who provided in-depth feedback which were later realized into the final draft of the prototype. Usability tests were carried out with various users ranging from end users, marketing designers, user experience designers, User interface designers, research and development, Head of products and various other stakeholders and iterations were made based on feedback recieved.

Design System
Developed and maintained a robust design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products. Created comprehensive documentation covering components, patterns, and best practices to support designers and developers in seamless implementation. Standardized UI elements, improved accessibility, and streamlined workflows, enabling a more cohesive user experience.

250+ Figma components & variants
Increased sales conversion rate by 15% and reduced service calls by 25% with redesign and combining features using user flow optimisations. Increased production time for new products by 50% with Figma libraries, components, design systems that allow adapting pages faster.
